The Terms and Conditions listed below apply to the sale and purchase of goods between you and By Hope Limited. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. By ordering any product from us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions can be changed without any prior notification and it remains the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with them prior to placing an order.

General

We take every care to depict colours and fabrics as accurately as possible on our website. However please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.

Use of Site

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are creating a contract between you and us. A deliv-ery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Please see our delivery times and charges at the checkout. The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch of the products unless we have notified you that we have not accepted your order or you have cancelled it. Once we have accepted your order it becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation. If an ordered product is una-vailable or out of stock we will offer you the option of cancelling your order or a refund if payment has been processed. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The product price, as displayed, is inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate rate. All goods are priced in GBP on the site, all other currencies are calculated automatically from this through the chosen payment provider and therefore may differ.

Customer Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information given on your order form is complete and accurate. Where information given by the customer is incomplete, incorrect or misleading the customer will be liable for any costs involved in resolving the matter.
